Items are returnable if they meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • In their original condition (not damaged by customer)
  • Still have their individual packaging (not applicable to apparel)
  • Has errors caused by our production team

 

Items are NOT returnable if they meet ANY of the following criteria:

  • Purchased more than 30 days ago
  • No longer in original condition (new rips, stains, etc.)
  • Missing individual packaging (not applicable to apparel)
  • Customer-submitted errors (ex: misspellings, low quality images, wrong size ordered, etc.)

If your items are returnable, please contact us with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Order number
  • Which products you wish to return and why
  • If you'd prefer to receive a REFUND or STORE CREDIT for the return, or EXCHANGE the return for new product(s)

 

All shipping charges for returning products are paid by the customer. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
